Spencer Greene is CPR and AED certified as well as a 200-hour Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor, and a certified 200hour Kundalini Yoga Instructor as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He also completed Level 1 Thai Body Work training under Jonas Westring. Beginning in 2013 Spencer will be attending the University of Bridgeport to achieve his Doctorate as a Chiropractor and an Acupuncturist.
The foundation of Spencer's belief in Yoga stems from the idea and act of Exploration. By utilizing different postures, techniques and concepts practitioners gain a better understanding of their physical, mental and intuitive selves. Other Yoga styles that Spencer blends into his classes are Yin, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Integral, and Shadow. As a dabbling student of various martial arts styles Spencer also blends martial elements and concepts into his classes.
