As a member of INTENSITY, I'm honored to bring my own flavor to this unique workout! UGI started in Vancouver BC and we are the very first gym in New England to have UGI classes! My class will be limited to only 10 members to start. And remember, this is a barefoot workout (no shoes allowed on the UGI balls). You must have yoga socks if you would prefer to not be barefoot!
