Yoga is an ancient practice consisting of physical movements, meditation and breathing techniques all designed to extend life.
What all Yoga classes have in common are; they stretch and strengthen the body, challenge and build the mind, and develop awareness of the power of the breath.
The health benefits from yoga practice include; stress relief, healthy joints, better quality of sleep, improved focus, and concentration.
Yoga helps avoid injury and encourages a healthier healing from previous injuries!
All yoga classes are FREE to members.

ALL NEW YOGA Program Led by Lyn Girdler
With an abundance of experience from her years at Sarawati's Yoga Joint, Lyn is leading the development of our yoga program which now offers 8 classes per week encompassing Vinyassa, Restorative, Kundalini, Power & Hot Yoga.
Flow Yoga is an alignment-based vinyasa, meaning a sequence of poses where we move on our mats along with our breath, and the alignment focuses on creating an optimal muscle engagement. Instructions are provided, to not only get to the form of the pose, but also to recognize what you 'feel' in the pose.
A Vinyasa class focusing more on the yoga poses that are easy to access and give a deep stretch. No yoga experience necessary, great for a post workout wind down.
Level 1 - Great For Beginners!
A slower paced class which teaches yoga breathing and basic foundation. You will be challenged but at a pace that is achievable.
Level 2 - Intermediate Class
A free-flowing class that gets you sweating, breathing, mediating and loving!
Hot Vinyasa Yoga - Basic Yoga is Recommended
It's Getting hot in here! We turn the heat up in class, so the stretching and sweating comes a little easier. A free flowing that is set at a basic/intermediate level.
Kundalini "energy of yourself"
Our Kundalini class is a breathing, mediating celebration of your deeply rooted personal power. Utilizing specific breathing techniques, in conjunction with your yoga poses this class fires up you Kundalini energy and puts you face to face with your true potential.
A perfect complement to a busy day, an overactive mind, or a strong physical practice.
Consider this practice your ticket to bliss. There is very little movement in this practice. Utilizing props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps, Restorative Yoga allows gravity to open the body. This a deeply healing and quiet practice.
Restorative Yoga helps to heal injuries as well as prevents them.

Thai Assisted Yoga
Thai Assisted Yoga is a combination of energy work and therapeutic manipulations like yoga stretches, acupressure and joint mobilization. The meditative, soothing techniques create an energy balancing and opening experience for the receiver. Traditional thai Yoga is done on the floor on a thick mat, fully clothed. It is a wonderful healing modality to combine with a traditional yoga practice. Even without a yoga practice, receivers will experience many benefits.
All of our teachers are a minimum of 200 hour YA trained and certified!
